Keith Harris

Keith Harris SHRM-SCP is a seasoned human resources executive currently serving as Chief People Officer at Operation HOPE, where the focus is on advancing economic opportunity through financial education and coaching. Previously, Keith held the role of Vice President Operations/HR at Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay, and served as Chief Human Resources Officer at The Spring of Tampa Bay, supporting survivors of domestic violence. Additional experience includes interim Chief Executive Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Kobie Marketing, where innovative talent development initiatives were introduced. Keith also contributed to human resources strategies at Tampa Bay Lightning and served as Sr. Director of Human Resources at Continental Promotion Group, with earlier experience as Regional Director of Human Resources at Cardinal Health. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Florida Institute of Technology.
