Kevin Boucher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications, strategy, and economic development. Since May 2014, Boucher has served as the Chief Communications and Strategy Officer and Director of HOPE Global Forums at Operation HOPE, the largest financial literacy organization in the United States, impacting over 4 million lives across more than 300 cities. In addition to this role, Boucher has been a Special Consultative Member of the United Nations Economic and Social Development Council since April 2016. Prior experience includes founding and managing Creative Management Int'l, where Boucher supported various organizations in strategic planning and turnaround strategies, and serving as Co-Executive Director of the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce. Previous roles also include Co-Chair of the Clinton/Gore Presidential Campaign and Director of Economic Development & Business Information for the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. Educational background includes study at Rutgers University.
