Mary Ehrsam

President - Operation HOPE Partnerships at Operation HOPE

Mary Ehrsam is the current president of HOPE Partnerships at Operation HOPE. Prior to this, they were the vice president of Habitat for Humanity Los Angeles from November 1990 to October 1997. Ehrsam has experience in operations, program management, finance, construction, and development.

Ehrsam founded the Los Angeles office of Habitat for Humanity in 1990 and conducted the 1995 Jimmy Carter Work Project. Under their leadership, the organization built over 100 homes for low-income families in the Los Angeles area. In 1997, Ehrsam left Habitat for Humanity to join Operation HOPE, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping low-income individuals achieve financial stability.

Mary Ehrsam has a BA in Economics and Political Science from Gettysburg College.

Their manager is John Hope Bryant, Founder, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Brian Betts - Chief Financial Officer, Rachael Doff - Chief Administrative Officer & Chief of Staff, Office of the Chairman, and Rod McGrew - Chief Culture Officer.
