Operation Kindness
Betty Williams has an extensive background in real estate and community service. As a volunteer adoption counselor at Operation Kindness since September 1997, Betty contributes to animal welfare efforts. Previously, Betty owned BW Commercial Real Estate from June 1984 to August 2013, specializing in locating office, industrial, and retail spaces for prospective tenants. Betty holds a Real Estate Broker License obtained through the Texas Real Estate Class in Dallas from 1977 to 1980, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Literature from Southern Methodist University, completed between 1953 and 1956.

Operation Kindness
Our mission is to create a kinder world for pets and the people who love them by providing lifesaving care, innovative programs and community resources. Operation Kindness is a pioneer in Texas for assisting animals in need of veterinary care, companionship and most of all, a home. We operate a lifesaving animal shelter in Carrollton, TX. In addition to pet adoptions and lifesaving medical care, our programs provide foster care for vulnerable animals, resources for pet parents, affordable veterinary services for community pets, a pet food pantry and volunteer opportunities.
