Christopher Williams

Christopher Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Christopher started their career as a Data Entry specialist at Quest Diagnostics in 2006 and then served in the US Navy as a Master at Arms from 2008 to 2012. Following that, Christopher worked as a Benefits Representative at the Kings County Veterans Service Office from 2014 to 2015. Christopher then joined Bass Underwriters as an Accounting Liaison from 2015 to 2017. Christopher continued their career in human resources, working as a Human Resources Generalist at 4KIDS from 2016 to 2019. Christopher then held the position of Human Resources Director at Operation Mobilization from 2019 to 2020, during which they were responsible for organizational design, performance management, and change management. Christopher progressed to become the Senior Director of Human Resources at Operation Mobilization, where they focused on people engagement and building exceptional talent until 2023. In addition, they took on a leadership role as the VP of Plans & Professional Development at the NAAAHR - Atlanta Chapter starting in 2023.

From 2015 to 2016, Christopher attended Brandman University, where they received a degree in Human Resource Management. Their field of study was focused on Human Resources Management and Services.

Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, Christopher pursued a Master's degree at Brandman University. Their degree was in Public Administration.

In 2013 to 2014, Christopher attended Chapman University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their field of study was in Social Sciences.

Before entering Chapman University, from 2011 to 2012, Christopher studied at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Christopher completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree with a focus on General Studies.
