Sara Frith has extensive experience at General Equipment & Supplies, Inc., starting as an Aggregate Sales Coordinator from 2002 to 2010, where responsibilities included supporting the aggregate business and coordinating equipment logistics. From 2010 to September 2014, Sara served as Sales Support Manager, overseeing the sales support staff and enhancing processes through lean and kaizen events. Since September 2014, Sara has held multiple roles, including VP of People and Culture and VP of Customer Relations, as well as the Director of Customer Relations. Educationally, Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from North Dakota State University, completed in 2002, and graduated from West Fargo High School in 1997.
