Irene Roor

Irene Roor has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Irene started their career as an intern in the Human Resources department at ASR Nederland in 2009. Irene then worked as an administrative assistant at Rabobank Utrechtse Heuvelrug from October 2010 to February 2011. Irene then joined Tinguely Netwerk, where they held the position of HRM from June 2011 to December 2011. During their time at Tinguely Netwerk, they also completed a graduation project in Integraal Gezondheidsmanagement (Health Management) from February 2011 to June 2011. Irene then joined Operation Mobilization in 2012, where they initially served as a Trainee MDT from January 2012 to July 2012. Irene then transitioned to the roles of Personnel Officer from September 2012 to September 2013, and Trainer and Supervisor from September 2013 to September 2015. Irene Roor currently holds the position of Human Resources Director IE and PA at Operation Mobilization, starting in May 2016.

Irene Roor's education history includes obtaining a Certificate in Applied Theology in Intercultural Contexts from Redcliffe College, which was completed between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, Irene attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Human Resource Management. Before their time at the university, Irene completed their VWO (pre-university education) at Ichthus College from 2000 to 2007, with a focus on Economie en Maatschappij (Economics and Society).
