Operation Mobilization
Madison Trentham is an accomplished Operations Manager at Operation Mobilization, with a tenure starting in August 2017. In this role, Madison has excelled in strategic decision-making, utilizing predictive modeling and performance metrics to drive revenue growth and enhance fundraising efforts. Responsibilities include organizing annual planning and budgeting processes, facilitating interdepartmental communication, and training new team members. Prior to this position, Madison successfully pioneered a year-long operations apprenticeship, managed conflict logistics for multiple intern cohorts, and optimized volunteer management processes. Madison's earlier experience includes working as a Junior Consultant at Bayer, where waste reduction strategies were implemented through lean six sigma methodologies. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Lee University.

All that we have is His, entrusted to us as fuel to spread His love around the world. We joyfully embrace the open road before us, knowing it takes many methods to reach many people. We will repeat the loving example of Jesus over and over, while keeping our eyes on the ultimate goal. For we know the mission to love others is not ours.
