Todd has over 30 years of experience in the real estate and recruitment sectors. As the Recruiting Manager at Operation Mobilization since August 2010, Todd has contributed significantly to talent acquisition and organizational development. Prior to this role, Todd worked as a Licensed Realtor at REMAX Real Estate from January 1996 to August 2010, where expertise in real estate transactions and client relations was honed. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Ohio State University between 1983 and 1987.
