The Human Resources and Workforce Development team at Operation New Hope is responsible for managing internal HR functions and facilitating job skills training programs. The team recruits and supports staff, while also designing and implementing workforce development initiatives aimed at equipping individuals with a history of criminal justice involvement with the skills and resources needed for sustainable employment.
