John Garcia

John 'Spike' Garcia, LSSBB, has extensive experience in program and project management, donor relations, and military operations. Currently serving as the Director of Donor Relations at Operation Red Wings Foundation since August 2018, John focuses on supporting veterans and their families. Previously, John held a similar role at Lone Survivor Foundation, facilitating retreats for service members facing various mental health challenges. As Program Manager at Spike's Squad, John managed significant military ceremonies and events. John also has a solid background in project management with roles at TechnipFMC and FMC Technologies, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects. With a military background in the Texas Air National Guard, including serving as Operations Support Squadron Superintendent, John has demonstrated leadership and operational expertise across multiple sectors, including logistics at UPS and service in the US Army. Education includes completion of senior non-commissioned officers training.
