Cindy McGrew

Cindy McGrew is the Founder and CEO of Operation Second Chance, a role held since January 2005, where the mission focuses on supporting wounded, injured, and ill combat veterans and their families by addressing immediate needs and fostering relationships. Prior to that, Cindy worked at Legg Mason from January 1990 to May 2008 as a CSA, contributing to the organization during a significant period of their career.
