Caitlin Forbes-Stephens

Caitlin Forbes-Stephens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global programs and educational initiatives, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Global Programs at Operation Smile since February 2024. Prior to this role, Caitlin held various positions at HYKE from June 2020 to February 2024, including Chief Partnerships Officer and Vice President of Strategic Accounts. At the National Institute for Children's Health Quality (NICHQ), Caitlin drove marketing and digital strategy from September 2017 to June 2020, focusing on health equity. Additional experience includes outreach coordination at Massachusetts Peace Action and digital marketing at SMMA. Caitlin's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in English from the University of Connecticut, a Digital Marketing certification from General Assembly, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in English and an undeclared field from Saint Anselm College and Bates College, respectively.
