Deb Gaudette

Deb Gaudette is the Director of Payroll & HRIS Technology Services at OperationsInc, co-managing consultants who support clients with managed payroll, audits, payroll tax support, quarterly and year-end reconciliations, and HRIS vendor selection and payroll implementations.

With over 30 years of payroll experience, including implementations, training, sales support, and management, Deb joined OI in 2019 as the Manager of Payroll & HRIS Technology. Prior to joining OI, Deb managed a team of Senior Account Managers at a major Human Capital Management firm.

She earned a B.S. in Economics and minored in Political Science and Music from Northeastern University.
