Erika Estevez

Erika Estevez is the Senior Director of Finance at OperationsInc. With over 20 years of experience, Erika has held different roles since joining OI in 2013, including Office Administrator, Accounting Associate, Senior Account, and Finance Manager. Erika manages the Finance Team and oversees the firm's finance and accounting operations and financial planning for the company.

Prior to joining OI, Erika worked for a commodities trading company overseeing their office operations and supporting C-level executives. While at Xerox in the Commercial Real Estate Division, she was part of a team managing all leases for the company’s commercial real estate properties in the U.S. Erika started her career as a Housing Coordinator for a healthcare company working on accounts receivable and payables and coordinating housing for travelling nurses throughout the country.

She earned an A.S. in Business Administration from Norwalk Community College, is a member of OI’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and received OI’s 2018 Top Performer Recognition Award.
