Andrew Cox has been working in the customer service industry since 2012. Andrew began their career at Bupa Australia & New Zealand, where they held various roles, including Digital Operational Excellence Lead, Contact Centre of the Future, Operational Design Manager - Customer Service, Senior Design Lead - Customer Service & Customer Transformation Integration, Senior Customer Operations Specialist, Customer Operations Specialist - Contact Centres, Claims and Customer Administration, and Customer Service and Resolutions Consultant- Service Contact Centre. In 2021, they joined Operative Intelligence as a Product Manager. In this role, they work on the platform that helps contact centers understand the root cause of their customer demand and the cost and effort associated with those interactions.
