James Iansek

Co-Founder, leading product, tech and a.i at Operative Intelligence

James Iansek has over 18 years of work experience. James began their career in 2002 as a Retail Sales Officer at Telstra. In 2005, they joined Bupa Australia and held roles as a Senior Sales Officer, Contact Centre Operations Coordinator, and Customer Service Consultant. In 2007, they were promoted to Operations Manager at Bupa Australia. In 2009, they were promoted again to National Operations Manager and Program Consultant. In 2013, they were appointed Head of Design & Innovation at Bupa Australia & New Zealand, where they were a member of the Customer Service Leadership Team. In 2018, they joined ANZ as a Product Owner - Contact Centre Transformation. Currently, they are a Co-Founder of Operative Intelligence, where they are leading product, tech and a.i to build the new generation of contact centres.

James Iansek attended Monash University from 2003 to 2008 and earned a BBNSc in Neuroscience and Immunology. James then attended Harvard Business School in 2016 to study Behavioral Economics.
