Dan Luta

Dan Luta has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and Banking. Dan currently works at Operative as the Human Resources Director for Romania, a role they began in July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Operative from April 2022 to July 2023, and Human Resources Business Partner from May 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Operative, Dan worked as a Store Human Resources Manager at Leroy Merlin from March 2020 to May 2021. Dan also gained experience as a Regional Recruiter at AG Recruitment from January 2019 to March 2020.
