Praveen Chary Namoju

Praveen Chary Namoju has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Praveen Chary is currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Operative since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Syncoms India for a period of 5 years, starting as a Senior Software Engineer and later progressing to the role of a Team Lead. Their responsibilities included providing technical and functional guidance to team members, analyzing requirements, and designing and maintaining a scalable backend system. Praveen also worked at SumTotal Systems, LLC for a period of 3 years, where they held various positions such as Senior Software Design Engineer and Software Design Engineer. Their work involved being a subject matter expert on the Talent Management suite, providing guidance to other developers andclients, and contributing to product enhancement implementation.
