Allison Barr Allen

Allison Barr Allen is an experienced investor and entrepreneur, currently serving as an angel investor in unicorns and startups, with a focus on software across vertical AI and fintech, since January 2024. As a Limited Partner at Operator Collective since December 2019, Allen collaborates with a diverse network of operators, investors, and founders to boost the next generation of enterprise technology. Previously, as Co-founder and COO of Fast from November 2019 to April 2022, Allen played a crucial role in developing 1-click checkout solutions. Prior experience at Uber from October 2014 to October 2019 included leading Global Product Operations for the Money Team, where significant products like Instant Pay were launched, and managing key operational aspects in the Chicago market. Allen's career began at PwC, where consulting focused on technology for health insurance companies, and includes research experience at Northwestern University's Communication Neural Systems Research Group. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University and further education from Sciences Po.
