Ambrosia Vertesi

Ambrosia Vertesi is an experienced human resources and operations executive, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Ironclad since January 2022 and as an Operating Partner at Operator Collective since August 2019. In addition, Vertesi holds advisory roles at PeopleTech Partners and Slim.AI, and previously advised Side Door. As a co-founder of HR Open Source, Vertesi contributed to the largest HR open source community globally. Prior roles include Vice President of People at Duo Security and Hootsuite, where significant team expansions were achieved. Early career experience includes various management positions at Aritzia and Slant Six Games. Ambrosia Vertesi earned a Bachelor's degree from Simon Fraser University.
