Dr. Kellie A. McElhaney

Dr. Kellie A. McElhaney is an accomplished academic and leader with extensive experience in equity fluent leadership and diversity initiatives. As an Adjunct Professor and Founding Director of the Center for Equity, Gender and Leadership at the University of California, Berkeley, Kellie focuses on developing leaders capable of driving change. Kellie also serves as Managing Partner at Bequin Leadership, providing consulting services on various diversity and leadership topics, and is actively involved in multiple organizations as a board member and advisor. Kellie's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Education/Business from the University of Michigan, a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Ohio University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
