Erica Dorfman

Erica Dorfman currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Financial Products at Brex, a position held since August 2019. In addition, Erica is a Scout at Greylock since December 2022 and an Advisor at Ambrook since April 2022. Erica has also been a Limited Partner at Operator Collective since July 2019, contributing to a venture fund that unites exceptional executives to enhance enterprise tech investments. Previous roles include Advisor at Silo from October 2020 to October 2022, Head of Finance & Operations at Tally Inc. from April 2018 to August 2019, Vice President and Head of Capital Markets at SoFi from February 2016 to April 2018, Associate at BDT Capital Partners from August 2013 to February 2016, and Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan from June 2011 to June 2013. Erica holds a B.A. in Economics with a Special Concentration in Business Management from Columbia College, Columbia University, and attended Hawken School.
