Sara Coady

Sara Coady is a seasoned professional in enterprise sales and venture capital with extensive experience across multiple leading technology companies. Currently serving as a Limited Partner at Operator Collective since October 2022, Sara contributes to a community of over 200 exceptional executives aimed at advancing enterprise tech. Previously, during a two-year tenure as Head of Enterprise Sales at Stripe, Sara was instrumental in building and scaling the Enterprise go-to-market team for Fortune 500 companies. Sara's notable prior roles include Group Vice President of Enterprise Sales at New Relic, Director of Sales at Splunk and VMware, and various sales leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cerius Technology Group, Attachmate, and WRQ. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from George Mason University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
