Terell S. is the Founder and CEO of Go Paladin, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting underrepresented entrepreneurs in the tech ecosystem. With extensive experience in impact and community leadership at Culture Shift Labs and as a Limited Partner at Operator Collective, Terell also serves on the boards of multiple organizations, including Project Untaboo, Inc. and Awkward Essentials. Additionally, Terell is a Venture Partner at Republic and has lectured at Santa Clara University. Previous roles include a Founding Board Member of Pyrium, an Entrepreneur In Residence at WeWork Labs, and a Partner in Market Development at Andreessen Horowitz. Terell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Psychology from Palo Alto University and an Associate's Degree in Psychology and International Business from De Anza College.
