Kristen McGill

Kristen McGill is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations, people management, and organizational culture. Currently a member at Operators Guild since August 2024, Kristen previously served as Chief People Officer at ZayZoon from October 2018 to October 2024, where key accomplishments included developing a comprehensive vision for People & Culture and leading a successful refresh of the total compensation strategy. Previously held roles include Chief Operating Officer and VP Operations at ZayZoon, where Kristen played a pivotal role in strategic planning, organizational growth, and building operational teams. Kristen also ran a management consulting practice in 2018, focusing on leadership coaching and process improvement. Additional previous positions include Chief Operating Officer at Litwiniuk & Company and Controller at BKDI Architects. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Calgary.
