Brad Jones currently serves as the Director of Operations at Operators Unlimited, Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this role, Brad was the Director of Field Operations at The Market Project from January 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing international business operations and community impact initiatives. Additionally, Brad held the position of General Manager at Nguvu Dairy from July 2019 to February 2023, successfully leading the organization through an ambitious growth plan that expanded the workforce from 50 to 200 employees. Earlier in Brad's career, Brad co-founded and served as General Manager at Blue Door Services from January 2012 to December 2018, where efforts focused on system and department development. Academically, Brad holds a Master of Divinity in Intercultural Studies & Business from Columbia International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Clemson University.
