Prince Dsilva

Prince Dsilva serves as the Head of Soft Services at Operon Middle East since February 2024, overseeing the delivery of all soft facilities services. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Operations Manager for Soft Services at AG Facilities Solutions, managing a diverse team of over 5000 staff from April 2023 to January 2024. As Head of Soft Services at Deyaar Facilities Management from July 2021 to March 2023, responsibilities included leading the department and ensuring efficient service delivery. Previous positions held include Senior Soft Services Manager at Inaya Facilities Management Services and Soft Services Manager at Isnaad, where service quality and policy establishment were key focuses. Dsilva also accumulated significant experience in housekeeping management during tenure at various hospitality establishments, such as Jumeirah Group and Kerzner International. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Commerce from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University and certification in Cleaning Science from the British Institute of Cleaning Science.
