Anne Hämäläinen

Anne Hämäläinen is a seasoned professional in higher education international cooperation, currently serving as Programme Manager and Team Lead at the Finnish National Agency for Education (EDUFI) since January 2017. In this role, Hämäläinen focuses on promoting and supporting the internationalisation of higher education institutions, with prior experience in managing the HEI ICI programme that facilitated collaboration between Finnish and developing country institutions. From May 2003 to December 2016, Hämäläinen held various roles at the Centre for International Mobility (CIMO), including Programme Manager and Senior Programme Adviser, overseeing initiatives such as the UN Junior Professional Officer Programme and the IAESTE internship programme.
