Anne Peltonen is a Programme Coordinator at Opetushallitus - Finnish National Agency for Education, involved in the HEI ICI programme since April 2022, focusing on enhancing higher education cooperation between Finland and developing countries. Prior to this role, Anne served as Adviser for member relations at Fingo from January 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing membership issues and coordinating a working culture project. As Project Manager for the EU-funded "Towards an open, fair and sustainable Europe in the world – EU Presidency Project 2019-2021," Anne collaborated with multiple NGOs. Earlier experiences include coordinating thematic working groups and administration at Kehys, conducting research at Helsinki City Museum, and working in various advisory roles related to foreign and security policy. Anne holds a Master of Arts in History from Leiden University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Helsinki.
