Heikki Tulkki is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Counsellor of Education at Opetushallitus - Utbildningsstyrelsen - Finnish National Agency for Education since February 2021. Prior to this role, Tulkki held various positions at Kalliola from June 2019 to February 2021, including Director of Education and Employment Services and Principal of Kalliola Adult Learning Centre. Tulkki also worked as Head of Languages at Helsinki Adult Education Centre from August 2010 to May 2019 and briefly served as Principal at Etelä-Helsingin kansalaisopisto in 2017.
