Sari Turunen-Zwinger

Sari Turunen-Zwinger is the Head of Unit and Counsellor of Education at Opetushallitus - Utbildningsstyrelsen - Finnish National Agency for Education. Sari has extensive experience in Vocational Education and Training, Internationalization of VET, and managing projects related to Erasmus+ programs. With a background in social sciences, international relations, and education, Sari has a strong foundation in educational administration and leadership. Their expertise also includes employer co-operation, work-based learning, apprenticeships, project management, project evaluation, communications, and coaching.
