Alberto Medina

Alberto Medina has extensive experience in engineering, primarily within the telecommunications and automation sectors. Currently serving as a Warehouse Automation, Compliance & Safety Engineer at OPEX Corporation since January 2020, Alberto previously worked at Alcatel-Lucent from March 2000 to 2019 as both an R&D Engineer specializing in wireless technologies and as a consultant. Earlier roles include consulting positions at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company in 1999 and from 1990 to 1998 as a Senior Lead I&T Electrical Engineer focused on telecommunication satellites. Alberto's early career involved significant positions at Hewlett-Packard and GTE, where responsibilities included electrical engineering for technical computer systems and the PBX-1000 group, respectively. Alberto holds a BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from UC San Diego.
