Joshua Shin

Joshua Shin is a Technical Writer at OPEX Corporation since November 2022, specializing in maintenance courses for robotic sorter technologies and leading the pilot of MadCap Flare for content authoring. Previously, Joshua worked as a Technical Communicator I at ARGO from June 2021 to November 2022, where co-authorship and editing of documentation assisted over 300 financial institutions. Earlier experience includes a role as a Student Associate at the Center for Research on Teaching and Learning Excellence, focusing on newsletter distribution for faculty engagement at the University of Texas at Arlington. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Arlington and attended Dallas College North Lake Campus.
