Denise Viola

Denise Skipper (Viola), PMP, CSM, CSPO, currently serves as a Product Owner at Skyward and holds the position of Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton. With extensive experience in project management and implementation, Denise has been instrumental at AINS since February 2015, overseeing commercial off-the-shelf software implementations for federal, state, local, and Canadian agencies. Previous roles include Technical Support Specialist and Trainer at AINS, where effective communication with customers ensured high levels of service support. Denise has also held managerial positions in office services at InterFACE Talent Network and Forrester Construction Company, where operations and vendor management were effectively executed. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Towson University and an Associate degree in General Studies from Montgomery College.
