Pam Ackley is the Vice President of Product Support Services. As VP, Pam is the escalation point for all customer-related issues. She runs the implementation teams for FOIAXpress and ATIPXpress, heads the maintenance renewal program, and heads the sales and support teams, including our partner program and dedicated help desk.
Pam has over 30 years of experience in customer relations and emphasizes a customer-first philosophy. Her goal is to ensure that the customer’s expectations are met at every stage of the project and throughout the lifecycle of their system.
Pam has a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University and is both Green Belt certified and ITIL certified. She actively volunteers with Canine Companions for Independence (CCI) and is currently founding a gym for children with special needs.
