Jim Parker

Jim Parker is currently a Senior Growth Advisor at OpFocus. Prior to this, they worked as an Interim Director for Global Incentive Compensation at Avid Technology, and before that as an Interim VP for Global Revenue Operations at Newforma. Jim has also held the position of VP, Global GTM Operations and Enablement at Intralinks, and Director of Sales and Marketing Operations at Rocket Software. Jim has extensive experience in sales strategy and planning, training and enablement, sales process and methodology, sales career development, variable compensation and performance management, sales technologies, sales intelligence and customer information.

Jim Parker has a MAcc from Brigham Young University in Accounting, Business, and Information Systems. Jim also has a BS from Utah State University in Accounting. Jim is certified from WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals as a Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) and from Myers and Briggs Foundation as an MBTI Certified Administrator.
