Jessica Rigsby, JD, CHC has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Jessica is currently working as the Vice President of Legal and Compliance at Ophelia, starting in August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager of Legal Services at LifePoint Health® from August 2020 to August 2021. From 2017 to 2020, Jessica served as the Director of Legal Affairs & Compliance at CleanSlate Centers. Jessica also has experience as a paralegal, working at various law firms such as Thompson Law Office PLLC, Capella Healthcare, Tune Entrekin & White PC, Prochaska, Thompson, Quinn & Ferraro, P.C., Ainley, Hoover, Clark & Hoover, Merritt, Flebotte, Wilson Webb & Caruso, and Thomas R. Breeden, PC. Jessica'swork as a paralegal ranged from 2006 to 2017.

Jessica Rigsby, JD, CHC completed their education at several institutions. Jessica obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from George Mason University between 2001 and 2004. In 2001, they also received a Paralegal Certificate from the same university. Additionally, they attended Virginia Tech in 2000 but did not earn a degree there. Furthermore, they pursued their Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from the Nashville School of Law from 2015 to 2019.

Apart from their formal education, Jessica Rigsby has obtained certifications in the field of healthcare compliance. Jessica became Certified in Healthcare Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) in February 2019. Moreover, they are an Attorney licensed by the State of Tennessee.
