Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Ophthalmic Consultants of the Capital Region since January 2024, Michele previously worked as a consultant for NAS Associates and OPS Consulting Services, focusing on enhancing organizational workflows and human resources functions. Michele's career at OrthoNY, LLP, spanned a decade, during which time responsibilities evolved from Director of Human Resources to Chief Operating Officer and eventually CEO, establishing HR as a key business partner and driving operational efficiencies. Additionally, Michele has held the position of Human Resources Manager at Cascades Tissue Group-NY, Inc., where strategic HR practices were developed. Academically, Michele holds an MBA in Health Administration from Clarkson University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the State University of New York Cortland.
