Kondja Conrad

Kondja Conrad has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Mobisol Group, where they served as an Expansion Manager, leading the distribution network expansion in Tanzania and improving workshop process streams. Kondja then became the Head of After Sales Services, managing a technician network and setting up technical operations in Rwanda and Kenya. In 2018, they joined SolarWorX UG as the Head of Strategy, where they focused on distributor acquisition and providing capacity building support for new businesses. In 2020, they became the Director of Operations at Village Power Uganda, and in 2022, they joined OffGridBox as the Head of Operations. Kondja also worked as a Senior Business Consultant at SolarWave Uganda Limited in 2021 and is currently working as the Director of After Sales at Roam since 2023.

Kondja Conrad has a Bachelor of Science degree in Umweltschutztechnik/Umwelttechnik from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin. In addition to this degree, Kondja also holds certifications as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and in Lean Management, both obtained from Simplilearn.
