Rawlings Nechavava

Rawlings Nechavava is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as the Regional Supply Chain Planning Specialist at Sandvik since March 2020, Rawlings specializes in supply chain optimization, sales and operations planning, and supply chain digitization. As a Co-Founder and Chief Logistics Officer at Opibus since December 2017, responsibilities include strategic supply chain network design and the implementation of manufacturing systems and inventory management for solar systems assembly lines. Previous roles include warehousing at Hilti Sweden, Production/Process Controller at Innscor Franchising Zimbabwe, and Operations Manager at Native Engineering, where strategic planning and operational oversight were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Logistics and Supply Chain from Lund University and an Honors degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe.
