Eva Švejdarová

I have been dealing with issues of diversity, inclusion and intercultural communication for over 20 years. Diversity in the broadest sense is part of my personal and professional life. For many years I lived, studied and worked in Spain (Granada) and the United States (Los Angeles, Oahu Hawaii).

I focus on human capital development in my work at the university, in consulting and in the corporate environment. For my students and clients, I focus primarily on the development of competencies. I also specialize in disruptive thinking and leadership, where by understanding how our brains work, I accompany individuals and teams on the path to development.
