I came to the subject of diversity and inclusion from two different sides: first through the study of special education and then through the study of gender and intersecurity in Hull, Oviedo, and Oviedo, Spain.

At present, I am mainly dealing with institutional change towards a fairer working environment. As part of my activities at the Center for Gender and Science (Institute of Sociology of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic), I systematically teach and advise public institutions in the field of equal opportunities and gender mainstreaming.
