Tereza De Bardi

I am the director of consulting at Deloitte and I work with clients on major organizational transformations, especially in the areas of finance and shared services. During my 20+ years of business experience, I have learned to move in male-dominated work environments and I believe in the future of greater diversification of management and leadership. Since 2020, I have been leading the diversity and inclusion agenda in Deloitte Czech Republic.

I am creative, I combine my hobbies with my passions.

I co-founded the D&I Shapers platform created by OPIM, where I also serve as a board member. At OPIM, I contribute to the formation of the D&I Shapers community.
