Jessica Raker

Jessica Raker is a Director of Engineering at Opinion Dynamics. Jessica has over 18 years of experience in the energy industry. Jessica started their career as a project manager at Northwest SEED, a clean energy non-profit, in 2003. In 2012, they transitioned to Puget Sound Energy, where they held various positions including Energy Management Engineer, Supervisor, and Manager. Jessica was most recently the Manager of Clean Energy Partnerships and Projects before being promoted to their current role. Jessica has been with Opinion Dynamics since August of 2020.

Jessica Raker has a MSME from University of Washington in Mechanical Engineering (Energy and Fluids) and a BA from Wesleyan University in Physics, Neuroscience.
