Zach Ross

Zach provides strategic guidance to help our clients navigate research and evaluation in ever-changing policy environments. He is a lead contributor to the Illinois energy efficiency stakeholder process and the Illinois evaluation framework development. Zach is an avid but ineffective fisherman, angling on northern Maine lakes whenever possible.
