Rebeca Barcena

Rebeca Barcena has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and talent management. Rebeca served as a Talent Management Director at Opinno, where they worked with large companies in various regions. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition & Organization Manager at hibu, where they identified and recruited candidates. Rebeca also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Dell, where they developed recruitment practices and policies. Rebeca has also held HR management positions at Plan International and Stamford Hotels & Resorts, where they were responsible for recruitment, training, and development. Rebeca began their career as an HR Consultant at Steria, where they trained project managers and implemented management tools. Since 2014, they have been working as a Mentor & Coach in their private practice.
