Jennifer Mohammed, M.S., currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at VSE Aviation, responsible for driving talent strategy to enhance organizational performance and resilience. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Talent at Brightline Trains and Director of Talent Management at Lennar, where Jennifer developed talent management strategies, succession planning, and leadership development programs. With extensive experience in HR and organizational development across various industries, including notable positions at Mastercard and NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, Jennifer has a proven track record in change management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and optimizing talent strategies. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communications from Florida International University and the University of Florida, respectively.
