Nikita Pandey

Nikita Pandey is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources operations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Operations Specialist at Opkey since July 2024, Nikita previously held the position of Assistant Manager - HR at HONO from April 2022 to June 2024. Prior to that, Nikita worked as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from July 2018 to April 2022. Nikita holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Navi Mumbai, completed between 2019 and 2021, and a degree from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak from 2015 to 2018.
