Anne Romagnino has over two decades of experience in payroll operations, procurement, and supplier management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Payroll at Oportun, Anne previously held leadership positions at Alorica and Spherion. Known for their expertise in overseeing payroll operations for large non-exempt workforces across multiple countries, Anne ensures compliance with regulations and internal controls. Anne has also managed procurement and sourcing objectives, as well as led IT provisioning initiatives.
